Troubleshooting

The following table will help you to identify and rectify minor malfunctions. If the solutions
presented below do not resolve the problem, please contact Customer Service (see section
Service).

Remedy
Make sure that the appliance is properly
connected to the power supply.

Set the rotary switch
water pressure level 1‒5.
Switch the On/Off switch for the water jet

Insert the plug into a mains power socket.
Check the house mains fuse.
Replace the nozzle attachment
(see section Attaching/removing
nozzle attachments)

Fill the water tank with tap water
(see section Using the oral irrigator).
Switch off the appliance and pull out the
mains plug.
