Fastening cables to the cover,
strain relief
The following instructions must be carried
out:
Carefully bend the lead bundle in the
direction of the cable exit.
Avoidance of cable-damage: The cable
has to be taped in the area of transition
(The tape is not shown in the assembly
instruction)
Secure the lead bundle to the holder at
the cover using cable ties. Make sure to
route the leads so that the length
between the contact cavity and the
strain relief is as long and as flexible as
possible. Make sure the leads are
guided in a maximum loop to prevent
bending of terminals in the cavity. The
lock of the cable tie must always be
situated at the bottom and in the centre.
Tighten the cable tie with a force of 85 N
5 N.

Befestigung der Leitungen am
Deckel, Zugentlastung
Die folgenden Anweisungen sind
durchzuführen:
Leitungsbündel vorsichtig in Richtung
Kabelabgang abwinkeln.
Zur Vermeidung von
Kabelschädigungen: Im
Übergangsbereich muss das Kabel
bandagiert werden. (Diese
Bandagierung ist in der
Montageanleitung nicht abgebildet)
Leitungsbündel mittels Kabelbinder an
der Aufnahme am Deckel befestigen.
Dabei die Leitungen zwischen
Kontaktkammer und Kabelzugentlastung
möglichst lang und beweglich verlegen.
Es ist sicherzustellen, dass die
Leitungen in einem größtmöglichen
Radius verlegt sind, um das Verbiegen
der Kontakte in der Kammer zu
vermeiden. Das Schloss des
Kabelbinders muss dabei stets unten
mittig liegen. Der Kabelbinder ist mit
einer Anzugskraft von 85 N
festzuziehen.
