TECHNICAL
PROBLEM
The diffuser does
not work.
The diffuser is on
but no aroma is
being released.

CAUSE
The device is not
connected to a power
source.
The USB charging
cable may be
damaged.
Wrong power supply.
The lower air inlet
and/or air outlet are
dirty.
SOLUTION
Connect the device
to a power source.
Connect the device
to a different power
source and check if
it is receiving power.
If the supply cord is
damaged, it must be
replaced by Prozis in
order to avoid any
hazards.
Make sure the
outlet voltage is
compatible with the
electrical ratings
marked on the
device.
Dust may affect the
air flow required
for the aroma to be
released. Clean the
air inlet and outlet.
