Replace batteries
Observe the separate instructions for battery replace-
ment (safe removal and replacement).
These instructions are available to the qualified staff.

If error code E11 is displayed Alarm contact the main-
tenance service immediately [see } Chapter 11.2.5].
For the sake of completeness of data (date, time), an
uninterruptible power supply through the use of this
built-in battery is required.
11.2.4 What to do if ...
All appliances are carefully tested for performance and
safety at the AHT test centre.
a) Immediate contact the maintenance service
[see } Chapter 11.2.5] in the event of:
– malfunction [see } Chapter 10.3]
– loud noises or vibration
– failure of the control and display elements
[see } Chapter 5].
b) Provide the following information:
– Appliance type
– 14-digit serial number of the appliance
– See rating plate [see } Chapter 3.2.1]
– Additional sticker on the appliance

c) Make the defective appliance inaccessible to end
customers.

Disassembly, disposal
WARNING
Leakage or residue of flammable refri-
gerant.
Flammable refrigerant can cause an explosive
gas/air mixture. Fire hazard.
§ Do not damage pipes.
§ Prior to dismantling and disposal, open
the refrigerant circuit properly and suck off
the refrigerant safely and completely. No
residues may remain in the refrigerant cir-
cuit.
§ Only qualified staff may suck off the refri-
gerant.

Improper disposal.

§ Dispose of components in a professional
and environmentally friendly manner, e.g:
- Refrigerant
- Insulating foam (pentane)
- Compressor oil
- Batteries
- Film and packaging
- Glass
§ Separate collection of electrical and elec-
tronic equipment according to the valid na-
tional disposal regulations (e.g. WEEE
within the EU) and the regulations of the
local disposal partner.
§ Dispose of batteries correctly according
to local and national disposal regulations.
§ Do not dispose of the appliance with
household waste.
