Step 1
the child seat and the safety belt:
The child seat is height-adjustable, allowing your child to sit in the
correct position according to their size. Additionally the 5-point safe-
ty belt can be adjusted precisely.
1. Fold out the stand and place the child in the seat.
2. The height of the seat is ideal when the child can see out well
and move it's arms freely. Their chin should be about level with
the top of the chin pad

the Deuter Vari-Quick carrying system:
The Vari-Quick carrying system allows individual adjustment to your
specific anatomy.

First, the hip belt must be correctly positioned. Place a realistic load in
the Kid Comfort, loosen the shoulder straps and the grey stabiliser straps
and put it on. Place the padded hip belt directly over the hip bones and
tighten.
