16. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your machine failing to work
properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.
Problem
Motor doesn't start
Machine gets slower during
work.
Sanding belt comes off the
drive pulleys.
The wood gets burnt during

Replace all damaged parts before you use
your machine again.
Contact your local service centre. Every at-
tempt to carry out a repair, can be dangerous if
it is not done by skilled personnel.
Reduce the pressure on the workpiece.
Reset the track.
Replace disc or belt.
Reduce pressure on workpiece.
Tighten tool
Change tool
