Transport
ATTENTION!
When transporting the heat pump, ensure that it is not tilted by more than
45° (in any direction).
A pallet should be used to transport the heat pump to its final in-
stallation location. The basic device can be transported with a lift
truck, hand truck or by means of 3/4" pipes fed through the holes
in the base plate or frame (max. pipe diameter in the evaporator-
compressor frame area, 25 mm). In the frame area, the pipes
must run parallel to the operator side (see figure)
The heat pump and the transport pallet are joined by four transit
bolts. These must be removed.
Before using the transport holes in the frame, it is necessary to
remove the two bottom side panel assemblies. Each covering
panel is secured with two screws. The screw holes are closed
with plastic covers. These plastic covers must be inserted in the
relevant screw holes again once the covering panels have been
mounted again. If the plastic covers are not inserted, the function
of the plate insulation may be impeded due to rain water enter-
ing! Once the screws have been loosened, the covering panels
can be tilted (top plates by approx. 20°, bottom plates by approx.
45°). The bottom facade plates can then be pulled out of the skirt
panel, the top facade plates, which do not have to be removed
for transport, can be hung out of the cover plate. Rehang the top
panels by gently pushing them in an upwards direction.
NOTE
Be careful not to damage any components when inserting the pipes
through the frame.
Any transport holes are to be covered at the installation location
using the 8 black dust caps, which are included in the packaging
of the device.

Once the heat pump has been set up in its intended location, the
transport fastenings (2x M6 screws) must be removed from the
compressor plate (the front or rear panel at the bottom must be
removed for this)
ATTENTION!
Before commissioning, the transport fastening must be removed.
