Troubleshooting

Issue
Nothing works.
Low water flow or pressure.
Nozzles do not function properly .
Washing feature does not work
or fails to spray.
Product shuts off during use.
Seat not heated.
Water not heated.
Dryer not working.
Remote control fails to operate.
Seat sensor LED is blinking on the
auxiliary control panel.
Seat heater LED is blinking in green
on the auxiliary control panel.
Seat heater LED is blinking in red on
the auxiliary control panel.
Power LED is blinking on the
auxiliary control panel.
Power saving LED is blinking on the
auxiliary control panel.
Possible cause
1. Disconnected/ no power supply
2. No electrical power supply
3. Product is switched off.
1. Clogged filter.
2. Twisted hose.
3. Nozzle cap is stuck.
1. Nozzles are dirty.
2. Clogged filter.
3. Water pressure is too low.
User not properly seated.
1. Washing time exceeded 5
minutes.
2. Power failure.
Seat temperature set to off.
Water temperature set to off.
Dryer only operates when activated.
Battery is low.
(low power battery warning display).

Solution
1. Connect the product.
2. Check there's a 220-240V~ signal with another
product (such us hairdryer).
3. Push the power button (on/off auxiliary control).
1. Clean water filter (page 14).
2. Straighten the hose.
3. Clean nozzle cap (page 12).
1. Clean the nozzles (page 12).
2. Clean the filters (page 14).
3. Adjust water pressure.
Adjust your sitting position.
1. Repeat Cleaning function.
2. Check power or unplug the cord to reset.
Reset heated seat temperature (page 9).
Reset water temperature (page 7).
Sit on product to operate dryer.
Replace the battery. (page 12).
Unplug and wait for 20s and connect again the product
to power supply.
Unplug and wait for 20s and connect again the product

1. Set temperature setting at OFF and activate clean
function or nozzle clean function and gradually set
again the temperature.
