Problem
The selected pro-

Possible cause
The dishwasher's door is not
closed properly.
The water tap is not properly on. Turn the water tap on completely.
The inlet hose is defective.
There is a risk of overflowing.
The electrical water stop system
has been activated.
The dishwasher salt is clumpy.
There is a kink in the inlet hose.
The water tap is not properly on. Turn the water tap on completely.
The filters are blocked.
The outlet hose is kinked, has
been extended or is hanging too
high up/too low.
The door seal is defective.
The outlet hose or the inlet hose
is defective.
The dishwasher can only be op-
erated when the door is closed.
The sensors are locked.
Troubleshooting table
Solution
Close the dishwasher door.
Contact our service team (see
page EN-40).
Stir the dishwasher salt using the
end of a spoon or similar.
Arrange the inlet hose properly
so that it is not kinked (please
see "Connect the inlet hose" on
page EN-30).
Clean the filters (see "Checking
and cleaning the filters" on page
EN-27).
Lay out the outlet hose in the
proper manner (see page EN-29).
Have the door seals replaced
(see "Service" on page EN-40).
Have the defective hose re-
placed (see "Service" on page
EN-40).
Close the door.
Unlock the sensors (see
"Lock/child safety lock" on
page EN-26).
