1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Diese Schwarzweißkameras eignen sich durch ihre
geringen Abmessungen besonders für eine unauffäl-
lige Video-Überwachung. Das Modell TVCCD-30 ist
mit einem 3,6-mm-Fixfokus-Objektiv ausgestattet und
das Modell TVCCD-30P mit einem 3,7-mm-Fixfokus-
Nadelöhrobjektiv. Beide Modelle besitzen eine auto-
matische Verstärkungsregelung (AGC), einen auto-
matischen elektronischen Verschluß und werden mit
einem 1,75 m langen Anschlußkabel geliefert.
2 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Die Kamera entspricht der EU-Richtlinie für elektro-
magnetische Verträglichkeit 89/336/EWG.
Verwenden Sie die Kamera nur im Innenbereich.
Schützen Sie sie vor Feuchtigkeit und Hitze (zuläs-
siger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).
Schützen Sie die Objektivlinse vor Staub oder son-
stiger Verschmutzung.
Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung der Kamera nur
ein weiches, trockenes Tuch, auf keinen Fall Che-
mikalien oder Wasser.
Wird die Kamera zweckentfremdet, nicht richtig an-
geschlossen oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann
für eventuelle Schäden keine Haftung übernommen
werden.
Soll die Kamera endgültig aus dem Betrieb genom-
men werden, übergeben Sie sie zur Entsorgung
einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.

1 Applications
These black and white cameras are especially suitable
for an inconspicuous video surveillance due to their
small dimensions. Model TVCCD-30 is equipped with
a 3.6 mm fixed focus lens and model TVCCD-30P
with a 3.7 mm fixed focus pinhole lens. Both models
have an automatic gain control (AGC), an automatic
electronic shutter, and are supplied with a 1,75 m con-
nection cable.
2 Safety Notes
The camera corresponds to the directive for electro-
magnetic compatibility 89/336/EEC.
The camera is only suitable for indoor use. Protect it
against humidity and heat (admissible ambient tem-
perature range 0 – 40 °C).
Protect the lens against dust and other impurities.
For cleaning of the camera only use a dry, soft cloth,
by no means chemicals or water.
If the camera is used for purposes other than orig-
inally intended, if it is not connected correctly or not
repaired in an expert way, no liability for any damage
will be accepted.
If the camera is to be put out of operation definitive-
ly, take it to a local recycling plant for disposal.

3 Montage
Die Kamera provisorisch in Betrieb nehmen (siehe
Kapitel 4), um die Montagestelle für eine optimale Aus-
richtung auf den zu überwachenden Bereich festzu-
stellen. An dieser Stelle die Kamerahalterung fest-
schrauben.
4 Inbetriebnahme
1) Den 3poligen Stecker des beiliegenden Anschluß-
kabels in die Kamera stecken.
2) Das Videosignal am BNC-Stecker über ein abge-
schirmtes Verbindungskabel auf den Videoeingang
eines Monitors geben. Bei einer Kabellänge von
mehr als 100 m sollte ein Videoverstärker zwischen
Kamera und Kabel geschaltet werden, um die
Kabelverluste auszugleichen.
Beim Einsatz von mehreren Kameras einen
Kamera-Umschalter (z. B. TVS-410 oder TVS-810
von MONACOR) oder einen Video-Splitter (z. B.
TVSP-42 oder TVSP-44 von MONACOR) zwi-
schen die Kameras und den Monitor schalten.
3) An die Kleinspannungskupplung ein stabilisiertes
12-V-Netzgerät mit einer Dauerbelastbarkeit von
mindestens 110 mA anschließen (z. B. PS-362ST
oder PS-128A von MONACOR). Es wird ein
Kleinspannungsstecker 5,5/2,1 mm (Außen-/In-
nendurchmesser) benötigt. Unbedingt auf die rich-
tige Polung achten: Den Pluspol an den Mittelkon-
takt des Steckers anlegen.
4) Nach dem Anlegen der Betriebsspannung und dem
Einschalten des Monitors die Kamera auf den

Set the camera into operation provisionally (see chap-
ter 4) to determine the place of mounting for an opti-
mum alignment to the area to be monitored. Tightly
screw the camera bracket at this place.
4 Setting into Operation
1) Connect the 3-pole plug of the supplied cable to the
camera.
2) Feed the video signal at the BNC plug via a
screened connection cable to the video input of
a monitor. With a cable length of more than 100 m
a video amplifier should be inserted between cam-
era and cable to compensate cable losses.
If several cameras are used, insert a camera
switcher (e. g. TVS-410 or TVS-810 by MONACOR)
or a video quad processor (e. g. TVSP-42 or TVSP-
44 by MONACOR) between the cameras and the
monitor.
3) Connect a regulated 12 V power supply unit with a
permanent current rating of at least 110 mA (e. g.
PS-362ST or PS-128A by MONACOR) to the low
voltage inline jack. A low voltage plug 5.5/2.1 mm
(outside/inside diameter) is required. Observe in
any case the correct polarity: Connect the positive
pole to the centre contact of the plug.
4) After applying the operating voltage and switching
on the monitor, align the camera to the surveillance
area. For this purpose unscrew the corresponding

Überwachungsbereich ausrichten. Dazu die ent-
sprechenden Schrauben der Kamerahalterung
lösen und nach dem Ausrichten wieder festziehen.
5) Wenn der zu überwachende Bereich unscharf
abgebildet wird, muß das Auflagemaß korrigiert
werden. Dazu die kleine Schraube (a) am Objektiv-
halter lösen. Das Objektiv vorsichtig so weit dre-
hen, bis das Bild scharf ist. Anschließend die
Schraube wieder festziehen.

5) If the area to be monitored is not clearly repro-
duced, the mechanical focus setting must be
corrected. For this purpose unscrew the small
screw (a) on the lens support. Carefully turn the
lens until the image is clear. Then tighten the screw
again.
