• Since children's capabilities also differ within
an age group, the supervising adult should
carefully choose experiments that are suitable
and safe for the child. The instructions should
allow the adult to judge the suitability of the
experiment for the child concerned.
• The supervising adult should discuss the warn-
ing notices, safety guidelines, and possible
dangers with the child or children before
starting the experiment. Special care should
be taken to safely handle acids, lye, and
flammable liquids.
• The area surrounding the experiments should
be free of any obstacles and far removed from
any areas where food is stored. It should be
well lit and ventilated and equipped with a
water connection. There should be solid table
with a heat-resistant surface.
• The workspace should be cleaned right after
the experiment is performed.
Set-up
Push the individual pieces out of the punched
sheet and construct the product as seen in
figures B through J.
Note: When using the plastic parts (18) and
(19) (fig. B), the plastic protrusion should face
outwards.
Note: When mounting the rear axle (15), make
sure it is properly aligned. The hooks for the rub-
ber bands on the back axle must face against
the driving direction, as shown in Figure F.
Important: Before using this product for the
first time, allow the wood glue to dry for at least
10 hours.
Drive the racing car
There are two different ways to get the racing
car to drive.
Drive option A:
1. Hook the rubber bands (23) you have fas-
tened to the racing car driver (fig. G) onto the
rear axle (15) using the wood hook (13)
(fig. K).
2. Place the racing car on a level surface.
3. Pull the racing car back and then let go of it.

Drive option B (fig. K):
1. Tie the end of the cord (22) to the clip (20)
and tie the other end of the cord onto the
wood plate (14).
2. Fasten the clip (20) to the plastic part on the
rear axle (15).
Note: Feed the cord (22) up until it is in front of
the rear spoiler.
3. Place the racing car on a level surface and
then pull the car backwards. The cord will
wind itself around the rod.
4. Then slowly pull the wood plate (14) up in
order to set the racing car in motion.
Storage, cleaning
Always store the product in a dry and clean
condition at room temperature. Wipe clean only
with a dry cleaning cloth.
IMPORTANT! Never clean with abrasive
cleaners.
Disposal
Dispose of the article and the packaging materi-
als in accordance with current local regulations.
Packaging materials such as foil bags are not
suitable to be given to children. Keep the pa-
ckaging materials out of the reach of children.

The warranty applies only to material and
workmanship and does not apply to misuse or
improper handling. Your statutory rights, espe-
