If possible, use similar sized, unpeeled potatoes.

Pierce the skins several times.
•
Spread the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate or other suitable container. Ideally, the potatoes
should not touch.

Start the "Potatoes" programme.
For a potato gratin, we recommend using combination mode instead (combined microwave
and grill "C-1"). For around 750g potatoes, we recommend a preparation time of 40-45
minutes.

Season the meat/joint to taste.
•
Place the meat on a microwave-safe plate.
•
Then start the "Meat/Joints".
•
To prevent the joint drying out, it must always be turned. This also allows the grill to brown the
underside of the meat better. After around 2/3 of the programme time, the microwave pauses the
automatic programme and beeps twice. The display (1) also shows "turn".
•
Turn the joint and then press the Start/Quick Start button
"Meat/Joints" programme.
