Remove the spar plug and pour 2 to 3 cc motor oil
into the cylinder. Turn the crank axle a number of
times. Now put the spark plug back. Subsequently,
pull the pulling cord a few times until you feel
resistance and then let it run back gently.
Store the generator in a well-ventilated place with low humidity.
Problems and solutions
Attention:
The motor does not start or it provides insufficient power or it operates irregularly
Insufficient compression
The spark plug is loose; tighten it well.
The bolt on the cylinder head is loose; tighten it well.
Damaged gasket; replace the gasket.
No fuel is reaching the combustion chamber.
There is no fuel in the tank; refuel.
Fuel cock is closed; open it.
Insufficient pulling speed of the pulling cord; pull hard on the pulling cord.
Foreign substances in the fuel tank; clean the tank.
The fuel supply is blocked somewhere; clean the fuel route.
Incorrect fuel type in the tank
Check the fuel and replace if necessary.
The generator is overloaded.
Check the load and reduce it if necessary.
The generator is overheated
The generator is overloaded; check the load and reduce it if necessary.
The fan works poorly or not at all. Check the fan and if necessary, contact your
service station.
Oil level is low
Top up the oil.
If your generator indicates that the motor has insufficient oil, the
motor will switch off automatically. Therefore, always check the oil
first if you don't succeed to start the generator.
