How do you carry out maintenance tasks?
Changing the motor oil
1. Drain the oil by removing the drain plug and the oil
dipstick while the motor is still warm. Collect the
drained oil and dispose of it according to the
regulations of the relevant authority.
2. Put the drain plug back into its place and top up the
oil up to the highest level of the oil dipstick.
3. Carefully remove all the spilled oil.

Clean the spark plug
If the spark plug gets dirty from carbon deposit, the
carbon must be removed using a steel brush. If
necessary, adjust the opening to 0.7-0.8 mm.
Cleaning the air filter
1. Unscrew the cap on top of the air filter.
2. Remove the filter and wash it thoroughly clean, for
example with benzene or a universal cleaning agent.
Rinse it well.
3. Drip a small quantity of oil on the filter, squeeze a
few times to spread the oil and remove the excess
oil.
4. Put the filter back in its place and cover it with the
cap.
5. Check whether the cap connects properly to the
sealer and screw it once again.
The motor might still be hot. Let it cool
down for at least two minutes before you
unscrew the dipstick. Do that carefully in
order to let any pressure escape gently.
