Possible Causes
- Unsuitable tip
- Tip not seated tightly
- Pipette shaft cone loose
-Seal contaminated
- Seal damaged
- Non-aqueous solutions pipetted
- Piston damaged
- Shaft clogged
- Pipetting key pressed too far (into
the blow-out position) before
sample take up.
Action to be taken
- Only use high-quality tips
- Press tip on fi rmly
