If recommendations in the Troubleshooting section do not solve current problems, contact your authorized
dealer or the manufacturer directly.
Possible Cause
- Check valve closed
- Filter or check valve dirty
- Filter not properly positioned
- Adapter or pipette damaged
- Adapter dirty or damaged
- Plug of the battery not fi rmly
pushed in
- Wrong battery charger
- Battery/Charger defective
- Instrument defective
- Battery problem
- Internal error (carry out reset)

Action to be taken
- Increase motor speed
- Set mode selection switch for "power delivery"
and press lower button for blow out (➢ p. 12)
- Clean and/or replace check valve (➢ p. 18-20)
- Insert fi lter properly (➢ p. 19)
- Replace adapter or pipette (➢ p. 15-16)
- Clean the adapter, allow it to dry and/or re-
place it (➢ p. 14-16)
- Firmly push in the battery plug (➢ p. 17)
- Only use original battery charger
- Replace battery/charger
- Send the instrument in for repair (➢ p. 24)
- Replace battery (➢ p. 16-17)
- Pull out battery plug and press a pipetting
button for 10 seconds. Then fi rmly push in the
battery plug again. (➢ p. 16)
