[Secure Disk Tool] on the desktop.

1 Enter the current password.
* Enter [12345] (factory setting) when you use
this device for the first time.
2 Enter a new password (4 to 10 characters)
in 2 places.
3 Enter a hint phrase (5 to 75 characters).
4 Click [OK].
1 Enter the password.
2 Click [Authenticate].
* When you enter wrong passwords 3 times, you
can check the hint phrase you entered from the
[Hint] button.
