Care and Use
• The Pressure Cooker lid and pot should be cleaned after every use using hot
water.
• If after the first use, white spots should form on the bottom of the pan then these
can be removed using vinegar or lemon juice.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning cloth/sponges to clean the Pressure Cooker.
• Always make sure the safety locking mechanism, the pressure regulator and the
sealing ring are clean and functioning properly.
• Ensure that the safety valve on the underside of the lid can move.

3. Setting the pressure:
a. The pressure can be set to two settings.
Setting one is for gentle cooking and setting
two is for fast cooking.
b. Move the knob to the setting you desire.
4. The Pressure Cooker should be placed on to
the hob on the highest setting. Once the valve
releases steam then the hob temperature
should be reduced to the lowest setting for
the duration of the cooking. The red safety
pressure indicator will be raised during cooking.
