• The Pressure Cooker must not be used for roasting or frying using oil.
• Pressure will build up during the cooking process, make sure the lid is secured
before using the cooker.
• Never force open the Pressure Cooker. Before opening the Pressure Cooker,
make sure that the pressure has been completely relieved.
• When releasing the steam, keep skin out of the way of the steam.
• Do not operate empty.
CAUTION the plastic bags used to wrap this appliance or the packaging may
be dangerous. To avoid risk of suffocation, keep these bags out of reach of
babies and children. These bags are not toys.
Using your Pressure Cooker:
1. Place the food to be cooked in the Pressure Cooker, making sure the minimum
fill line is reached and the maximum fill line is not exceeded.
a. If food tends to swell, expand or produce foam, ensure the cooker is only half full.
b. Always make sure there is a minimum of 3/8 litre of liquid irrespective of the
amount of food.

2. Open and closing of the lid:
a. Press the
button so the lid sides open and
the lid can be removed from the pot.
b. Place the lid on to the pot. Make sure that
the lid is set on the pot level, then press the
button. The sides will then close to fit around
the pot.
