TROUBLESHOOTING
To save the cost of a service call, please try the suggestions below to see if you can solve your
problem without outside help.
Problem
Unit doesn't start when pressing
ON/OFF button
Unit turn off immediatly.
The wind blowing out, but the
cooling effect is bad.
Unit makes too much noise or
vibration
Water leak

Error code «E4».
Power supply is not working
In cooling mode : the room
temperature is lower
setting temperature.
The exhaust duct is blocked or
not install properly.
The air filter is blocked by dust. Clean the air filter.
Cooling capacity is insufficient.
Turn the air conditioner on in
very hot room.
The air inlet or outlet of machine
is blocked.
The room is too big.
The doors or windows are
open.
The ground is not level or not
flat enough.

solutions
Turn off the unit and drain the
condesate water.
Check the power cable.
than Set new temperature.
Turn off the unit and install
properly the exhaust duct or
clean it.
Reconfirm the required cooling
capacity with your dealer.
Allow additional time to remove
stored heat from walls ,ceiling,
floor and furniture.
Remove the obstruction.
Reconfirm the required cooling
capacity with your dealer.
Close the doors and windows.
Place the unit on a flat, level
ground if possible.
Turn off the unit and drain the
condesate water.
