Force the displaying unit to turn OFF
1.
Press the power button for 10 seconds
to force Turn OFF.
2.
Press the power button again to turn
the displaying unit back on.
If this does not work reset displaying
unit hardware
1.
Remove all connected items including
the power supply.
2.
Press the hardware reset button on
the back of the displaying unit*.
3.
Reconnect the power supply.
4.
Press the power button to turn it
back ON.
Turn ON external screen.
Check that the SDI or HDMI cable is
connected properly.
If possible, try a new cable. It is
recommended to use a high-quality cable
with better shielding. (eg. RG6 grade).
Make sure the correct input channel is
selected on the external monitor.
Make sure that your external screen
supports 3G-SDI (1920 x 1080p 60 fps.).
Adjust the image settings on the external
screen to achieve the desired result.
