If the system malfunctions, Stone informs the user via a message on the display and the LED
switching on, on the front panel.
Message Description
Err 1 Load error.
Err 2 Temperature sensor
Err 3 Memory error
• The thermostat stops working: first of all, make sure the power supply is on, and that the
radiator is powered correctly. If this is not the problem, contact our technical service depart-
ment.
• The radiator does not get hot: check that the radiator is powered correctly, that stand-
by mode is not set, and that the room has not reached the set-point tem-perature set on the
thermostat. If the problem persists, contact our technical service department.
• The power supply to the radiator fails: when the power supply is reinstated, provided the
black-out was for less than 6 hours, the radiator automatically recognis-es the connection to
the thermostat, with which it was associated before. If the black-out is longer, reset the date,
time, and program required.
Procedure for locking and unlocking the keyboard
To lock the keyboard, push the stand-by button quickly 3 times.
To unlock the keyboard, push the stand-by button quickly 3 times.

Reset procedure

Go to the Date&Time menu and scroll the year item until the reset request disappears.

To clean the thermostat, use a dry cloth. Do not clean using aggressive products. Do not wet the
product, in an attempt to clean it. Do nor immerse the product in water.
What to do
Switch the radiator off, and allow it to cool down.
Try to switch the radiator on again. If the error
is no longer indicated, the protective thermostat
has been activated and the towel rail resets itself.
If the body of the towel rail is cold and the error
is indicated again, replace the towel rail's heating
element.
Internal temperature sensor faulty, replace the
sensor.
Data saving error: the weekly program may not be
working properly. Replace the control device.
