Problems and Remedies

Problem/fault

The device is not
plugged in or not
properly plugged in.
Device has not been
switched on.
No power supply.
The mains cord is
faulty.
There is no water, or
not enough water in
the tank.
No cleaning product
added.

Remedy
Insert the plug firmly in the
socket.
Press the On-/Off button ™
for the timer .
If necessary, have the
220-240 V ~ socket into
which the device is plugged
or the installation checked
by an electrician.
Send the device to the
Service Center (for address,
see page 27).
Add water to the tank
until it reaches the "MAX"
mark.
Add a cleaning product
depending on type of dirt
(see on page 21/22).
