7. Shake the brewing unit lightly
under water. Recommendation:
Soak the brewing unit for approx.
30 minutes in hot water and a
mild detergent, then rinse all
openings using a strong flow of
water.
8. Dry the brewing unit.
9. Replace the

6.9 Running the
cleaning program
The cleaning program enables
intensive cleaning of otherwise
inaccessible areas. The cleaning
program must be started when the
following symbol appears on the
display:

process starts. During
preparation of the
first coffee
cleaning, an increased
amount of water
runs into the waste
