Using the operating valve
• Place the operating valve (A) on the steam release
outlet (B) matching the symbol
with the valve positioning mark (C)
• Press the valve down fully
the cooking position
To cook delicate food and vegetables:
• Position the symbol
the valve positioning mark (C). Operates at 54 kPa
(7 psi/ 7 lbs pressure).
To cook meat, fish and frozen food:
• Position the symbol
the valve positioning mark (C). Operates at 80 kPa
(12 psi/ 12 lbs pressure).
To remove the operating valve:
• Press down on the operating valve (A) (when it is
not longer pressurised) and align the symbol
with the valve positioning mark (C)
• Remove the operating valve
