Removing / Attaching the cutting disc
the slicing disc is very sharp, when removing or
attaching wear protective gloves to avoid injury!
- Remove the slicing disc (4) by using a coin in order to turn
the blade screw.
When removing the slicing disc make sure to hold it at
its centre
- Reattach the slicing disc (4) in reverse order.

Cleaning and Care

Due to hygienic reasons clean your appliance on a
regular basis, best after each use, and remove any
food residues. Not doing so could possibly result in a
hazardous situation.
- set the thickness indicator to "0" to activate the blade
protector.
- disconnect it from the mains.-
- let it completely cool down and
- never immerse the appliance in water. Danger! Electric
Shock!
clean the appliance as soon as possible after use with a
damp cloth and do not use any aggressive cleaning agents.
Clean the food carriage (7) and the safety guard /food holder
(8) in warm water using some dishwashing detergent.
