For at aktivere Software AP skal du højreklikke på MSI Wireless
LAN-ikonen og vælge "Switch to AP mode". MSI Wireless LAN-ikonen
skifter til MSI Software AP-ikonen.
Trin 1: Indstilling af SSID
SSID (Service Set
Identifier) er et specifikt,
trådløst
lokalområde-netværk
(WLAN).
Trin 2: Indstilling af Kanal
Kanal 1 er defaultværdien.
Bemærk, at alt udstyr på
netværket skal bruge
samme kanal.
Trin 3: Indstilling af
Authentication og Encryption
Klik på "Auth vs. Security" for at vælge Authentication Type,
Encryption Type samt
indstilling af WPA
Pre-shared Key.
Hvis du vælger Open som
bekræftelsestype og WEP
som Encryptions-
(kodnings-) type, skal du
indstille WEP Key i
henhold til dine behov.
Klik herefter på OK og
vend tilbage til
ovennævnte skærm for at
klikke på Apply for at
afslutte konfigurationen.
