Putting into operation

1. Before the first use, insert batteries (2 x AAA 1.5V) into the back side battery compartment. Use
only alkaline batteries of the same type, do not use rechargeable batteries.
2. Remove the cover and insert the batteries; observe the correct polarity to avoid damage to the
alarm-clock.
3. Put the cover back.
Time, date and calendar setting
After inserting the batteries, the alarm-clock will automatically search for DCF radiofrequency
signal for the period of 5 minutes.
DCF signal will display the current time and date with icon .
The alarm-clock receives DCF signal every hour automatically.
DCF signal reception can be initiated anytime by pressing and holding the WAVE button.
If DCF signal is not found, the time and date can be set manually.
1. In the temperature display mode, press the MODE button for the period of 3 seconds.
2. Set hours – minutes – year – month – day using (+) (-) buttons. You may advance faster when
holding the button.
3. Press the MODE button to move in the menu.
4. Press the (+) button to set 12/24-hour time format.
5. By holding the (-) button, you will change the calendar language.
You can set the following languages:
EN – English, GE – German, IT – Italian, FR – French, SP – Spanish, DU – Dutch, SW – Swedish
After selecting the chosen language, release the (-) button, the language will be changed.
