THE EXPANSION TANK MUST COMPRISE A COVERED CONTAINER,
SITUATED ABOVE THE HIGHEST POINT REACHED BY THE WATER
CIRCULATING INSIDE THE SYSTEM, FITTED WITH A BREATHER PIPE
THAT COMMUNICATES WITH THE ATMOSPHERE, ITS SECTION MUST
BE NO LESS THAN THAT OF THE SAFETY PIPE AND IT MUST BE
IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE. THE SAFETY PIPES AND THE OVERFLOW
PIPES MUST BE PROTECTED AGAINST FREEZING. THE HEAT
GENERATORS, WITH A CAPACITY HIGHER THAN 35 KW AND FED WITH
NON-ATOMISED SOLID FUEL, CAN ONLY BE INSTALLED IN OPEN
EXPANSION TANK TYPE SYSTEMS.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
From Palazzetti's constant technological research work, a new heat
generator has been created, an updated version of the proven
Termopalex Monoblocco. A true heating machine, model BI 300 with the
production of sanitary water and model BS 300 without boiler, that is
able to heat the radiators all through the home and, thanks to the storage
tank boiler (a standard feature only on the BI 300 model), supply hot
sanitary water for all the family. It can work as the only heating source
or it can be combined with an existing system.
