10 MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

We offer 2 years warranty from the purchasing date.
•
W ithin this warranty period, any manufacturing and/or m aterial defects are regulated free of
charge by repairing and/or replacing the defective parts or (at our option) by exchanging them
for an equivalent, functional new item. To claim services, we require the presentation of the
purchase receipt or delivery note.

T he manufacturer is not liable for personal injury or property damage caused by
– improper use or maintenance
– improper modifications made to the device
– improper transport
– not following the safety instructions
– thunderstorm, water, fire, accident
•
E xcluded from the guarantee are damages due to c alcification.
•
E xcluded from the guarantee are easily breakable parts such as glass, plastic or light bulbs.
•
T he warranty is void if the device has been opened by you or by a third party not authorized
by us and/or modifications have been made to the device.
•
I n the event of improper use, the safety and functionality of the device can no longer be
g uaranteed and any warranty claim expires.
•
A ny use other than that described in this manual is inad m issible and leads to loss of warranty
and disclaimer.
•
P rinting errors and changes to the device, the operating instructions or the packaging are
reserved.

purchased the device.
