The heating bath is
completely evaporated.
Please refill the heating bath
medium.
An illogical temperature
difference was measured
between the heating bath
sensors. The temperature
measurement is defective.
The temperature sensor for
the heating bath control is
defective.

is broken or bath medium
that is too hot was filled in.

Remedy
➜ Deactivate the unit
➜ Check if the maximum
temperature limiter has
responded. If yes, reset
(see chapter "Cleaning
and maintenance,
Maintenance")
➜ Fill in heat transfer fluid
➜ Contact service
➜ Contact service
➜ Switch off device
➜ Cool down heating bath
fluid
➜ Contact service, if no
heating bath fluid was
filled in
➜ Switch off units
➜ Cool down heating bath
fluid
➜ Contact service if heating
bath fluid was not filled in
➜ Contact service
➜ Deactivate the unit
➜ Check if the pressure
sensor has responded. If
yes, reset
