l Use by more than one mother without
adequate sterilisation may pose a health
risk.
l All parts must be cleaned after every
use. They must additionally be disin-
fected and sterilized (e.g. autoclaved)
once a day and always before being
passed onto the next mother.
Caution
l Only use drinking-quality water for
cleaning.
l for chapter 5.4 Cleaning the breast-
pump: Unplug the breastpump before
cleaning.
Note
l for 5.5 Sterilisation: Only sterilise clean
and intact parts. Do not stack parts on
top of one another. To avoid damage,
do not apply external pressure.

Disassemble the pump set
into individual parts.
