Transferring data and functioning method of the software

When the software has been installed, connect the device to the computer
using the USB cable supplied. The word PC appears in the device display.
On the PC, the new Removable medium entry appears under Desktop. It
contains a main folder and various folders − please do not change the
names. It includes the four folders A−D in which the messages have been
recorded on the voice recorder.
If you want, you can copy files on the voice recorder using Drag & Drop.
The voice recorder can also be used as a data storage medium on a re-
stricted basis. Remember that the memory available is only 32 mb.
