Problem
The appliance does not work
The microwave does not
switch on
The microwave is not working.
A duration time appears in the
display.
The food takes longer than
usual to heat up
It is usually sufficient to wipe the oven interior with a
damp cloth. Use mild cleaning agents if the dirt is
difficult to remove. Do not use oven spray.
Unpleasant smells such as fish are easily removed.
Pour a few drops of lemon juice in a cup of water.
Place a spoon in the cup. Heat the water at full power
for 1 to 2 minutes. Then wipe the inside of the cooker.
Clean the turntable and the roller ring with washing up
liquid. Wipe the recess in the cooker with a damp
cloth. Ensure that water does not leak through the
turntable drive into the inside of the appliance. The
support ring must slot into place properly when you
re insert it.
Should a malfunction occur, it is often only due to a
minor fault. Please read the following instructions
before calling the after sales service:
