Keep the appliance and its power

terials in a safe way or dispose of

Use only the supplied power

supply unit. Use of other power
supply units may lead to electric

When the power cord of the

appliance is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or
his customer service department
or a similarly qualified person to
avoid risks.
Never pull the plug by the supply

cord or with wet hands.
Use the appliance only for its

intended use.
Operate the appliance at temper-

atures between -10 °C and 40 °C.
The appliance is not intended for

use together with an external
timer or a separate remote con-
trol system.
Never operate the appliance out-

doors or in a hot, very damp, or
wet environment. Never put the
appliance or power cord on hot
surfaces or near open flames.
Place the appliance onto a flat,

stable surface resistant to heat
and water.
Do not use the appliance with a

damaged power supply unit, after
it has shown a faulty function,
or after it has been dropped or
otherwise damaged. Send the ap-
pliance to the nearest authorized
customer service for checking,
repair, or electrical or mechanical
adjustment.
Make sure that the power cord

does not come into contact with
a hot surface.
Do not immerse the appliance or
•
the power cord in water or other
liquids. Wipe outer surfaces with
a damp cloth. Clean the cooking
container in warm rinsing water.
The sous-vide rack, the steaming
basket and the glass lid can be
cleaned in a dishwasher.
Do not pull the power cord over
•
sharp edges. Do not jam or bend
the cord.
Do not stand on the appliance
•
and do not place anything on it.
