Installation of the Accessory Handle and the Depth Limiter
Slide the accessory handle (2) over the drill chuck onto the neck of the machine and fix
it in place by tightening the clamping screw (3). It is advisable to attach the accessory
handle in such a way that the depth limiter is to the left of the drill chuck.
Inserting a Tool
Open the drill chuck (1) far enough to insert the desired tool. When you use a tool with
a thin shaft, open the chuck just far enough to be able to insert the shaft. This helps to
prevent jamming the shaft between two of the jaws. After inserting the tool, tighten the
chuck just hand tight. Then push the fixation ring (3) to the front. The fixation ring locks
the jaws of the chuck.
If you wish to use tool bits, use a bit holder.
