Mattress replacement system
® Premium 4-way mattress replacement design comprises of a reversible 4-way
turn, high resilience polyurethane core with 5 anatomical pressure redistributing zones per side,
protected by a 2-way stretch, vapour permeable, water resistant cover.

Indications for Use

Premium 120 is indicated for users
up to 120 kg (264 lb / 19 stones).
Premium 250 is indicated for users up to
250 kg (551 lb / 39 stones). Suitable for low-
ulcers (in association with an individualised
plan of care).

Instructions for Use
Mattress replacement system:
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Lay the
replacement system onto the bed frame,
ensuring that there are no sharp edges
which might rip the cover.
Do not use the mattress without a cover. It provides
a protective barrier against biological contamination
of the foam.
3. Ensure the correct month is showing on
the Turntable
cover. If the incorrect month is showing,
rotate the mattress to show correct
month at the foot end. Months are
indicated as follows:
1/12 = January
2/12 = February, etc.
4. Use the Turntable indicator as a guide for
the monthly rotation and turning of the
mattress. This helps to even out wear of
product.
