Using On-screen Menus
!• H FILTER
Select AUTO normally.
Select HIGH when the vertical ringing appears on the
screen.
Select LOW when the moiré pattern or noise appears
on the screen.
!ª SYNC ON G
Select ON to force monitor to get the sync signal on
green.
Notes
• If the external sync signal and sync signal on green
are input at the same time, the picture may become
greenish or strange. In this case, set this item to ON.
• If this item is set to ON when the external sync signal
is not input, no images appear on the screen.
@º STATUS
Select ON to display the information on the input
signal for about five seconds when turning on the
power or switching the input signal.
@¡ +KEY/STILL
Sets the SELECT+ button on the monitor to function
for still. (No buttons on the monitor function for still.)
Select ON to allow direct access to the picture still
mode from the monitor control panel.

@™ LANGUAGE
Select the on-screen language among five languages.
For details on selecting the language, see "Selecting the
On-screen Language" on page 21(EN).
REMOTE menu
This menu is used for the remote control setting.

@£ INDEX NO.
Sets the index number of the monitor.
For more information about the index number, refer to the
operating instructions supplied with PGM-200R1A/200R1E/
200R1J/200R1U.

@¢ REMOTE MODE
Select the Remote Commander mode.
TV: Sony monitors' or TVs' commander
PJ: Sony projectors' commander
OFF: Disables the remote control.
For details, see "Using the Remote Commander" on page
22(EN).
@∞ REMOTE ONLY
Select ON to disable the front control buttons on the
monitor. The monitor can only be controlled with the
Remote Commander. (You can then only turn on or off
the power on the monitor.)
While REMOTE ONLY is ON, the indicators on the
front panel go off.
The setting in this item is still retained when the AC
power cord is disconnected, but it will be canceled by
switching off the monitor with its main power switch.
RASTER ADJ menu
This menu is used for adjusting the raster of the
monitor.

@§ DEGAUSS
Select to demagnetize the screen. Wait for 10 minutes
or more before activating this feature again. The same
interval is needed after turning on the monitor.
@¶ ROTATION
Adjusts the picture tilt due to the influence of the
earth's magnetism. Press + to rotate the picture
clockwise and press – to rotate it counterclockwise.
@• KEYSTONE
Adjusts the vertical trapezoid distortion due to the
influence of the earth's magnetism. Press + to expand
the upper part and press – to expand the lower part.
