Test mode
General
Do not connect the charger to the grid during testing. In all tests, the charger draws its sup-
ply from the battery being tested.
Danger due to exposed, rotating vehicle parts.

The charger checks the entire system. The results are therefore to be taken as recommen-
dations only.
Testing the bat-
The charger measures the open circuit voltage of the battery. If the battery was not used

Switch off engine and ignition, shed all loads
Establish connection to battery
All display elements on the display are activated. Depending on the type of charger,
the respective voltage(s) and/or symbol for the type of battery are displayed.
