3.4 Cooking recommendations
• When frying more than one type of food, fry the
food that requires a lower level of temperature
first, and then fry the food that requires a higher
temperature.
• When frying the same type of food for more
than one time, the time difference between the
first frying process and the second one must be
3 to 5 minutes. The red indicator will go off when
the temperature has been reached again.
• If the food you are frying is pre-cooked, you
need to use higher temperatures. Plus, pre-
cooked foods require shorter cooking durations
compared to completely raw food.

guide and must be adapted to the amount of
the food to be fried.
