External video source
You can connect an external video source, such
as a TV tuner, to this device via chamber D of
the ISO connector (pins D1 and D2).
Note:
If the external source also provides
audio signals, connect the audio
output of the external source to a
suitable audio input such as AUX-IN
via chamber C3 of the ISO connector
(pins 18 to 20).
You can select an external video source with
the SRC C button. The display shows "EXT
VID".
Note:
A black screen is displayed if no
external video source is connected or
if the video source is switched off.

You can display the picture from connected
cameras on a cockpit monitor (e.g. 7" Cockpit
Display) via a Camera Switch (optional) or a
Video Box (optional). These cameras can be
used, for instance, to provide a rear view out of
the bus or for cabin surveillance. Furthermore,
an additional video source can be connected,
such as the map display of a navigation system.
To display the camera and video pictures on
the cockpit monitor,
f press the CAM button K.
To switch between various cameras and video
while a picture is being displayed,
f press the CAM button K once or several
times.
