OPERATION
Key lock activate
1. Touch, while using the hob, the lock key for at least 2 seconds until you hear a audio signal.
The key lock indicator appears.

The key lock is activated.
▷
• Key lock prevents the use of all keys, except for the On/off key. The hob can be stopped at
any time.
• To deactivate touch the lock key again for at least 2 seconds until you hear an audio signal.
Activate the key lock before starting to clean the hob.
This will prevent you switching on the hob by accident.

Pause cooking

1. Touch the pause key while using the hob and hold it until you hear an audible signal.
▷ The cooking zone displays show the pause symbols. Symbols are flashing alternately
with the power level.
Pause cooking is activated.

▷ In pause mode cooking timers are paused, kitchen timer keeps countdown.
Touch the pause key again to stop the pause mode. The cooking zones resume previous

selected power levels. Cooking timers start countdown.
