Overview of infrared receiver
General description
The infrared receiver (WTC-IS) is
compatible only with the infrared remote
control (WTC-IR) and fan coil units fitted
with the Water Terminal Controller.
The receiver shall be mounted on the wall.

Direct sun on the receiver may interfere

with good signal reception.
When the command has been sent to the

controller, the red LED flashes and the
beep indicates that the signal has been
received (only if the beep function is
enabled).
The beep function can be configured only via
the Network Communication interface.
Please refer to the Network Communication
guide for more information on how to
enable/disable the beep notification.

A Red LED status: Blinking in case of an alarm
B Yellow LED status: ON in Unoccupied

IMPORTANT: All information regarding infrared
remote configuration and installation tests is
already provided in the Installation Instructions
for the infrared remote control (WTC-IR).
The infrared receiver (WTC-IS) is connected
to the network via a single RJ-45 cable.
It can be daisy chained using a subnet adapter.
