Mounting
Ensure that the motor or gearbox has been fixed in place so that it cannot turn (see point
3 "Fasten motor in place so that it cannot turn", chapter 4.2.2).
1. Apply a thin layer of the fitting grease supplied (Lenze ID No. 13211352) or,
alternatively, Rivolta G.W.F, to the areas of the centering, O−ring, and thread on
the motor, since otherwise there is the risk of jamming.
2. Apply fitting grease to new O−ring with a brush and mount it on the centering
area of the outer thread (motor).
3. Carefully connect the internal thread (gearbox) to the external thread (motor),
avoiding a collision of the shank pinion (motor) and gear Z2 (gearbox); if required,
turn one of the parts a bit if the teeth are directly facing each other.
