The electric pump must be installed on a horizontal
non-deformable surface with no flexible components
between it and the mounting surface.
Before installing the electric pump, replace the oil plug (A)

Electrical system connection

WARNING
Before making the electrical connection, check
that the line voltage (V) and the frequency (Hz)
correspond to those indicated on the electric pump
data plate.
All electrical conductors must be protected from jets
of water.
Connect the electric pump to a power source that is
sufficiently grounded.
Different types of electrical connections are shown in the illustration.

used for shipment with the oil level gauge-breather plug
(B) supplied.
Fix the electric pump to the support with sufficiently
strong bolts that fit through the electric motor leg holes.
WARNING
The manufacturer recommends that a residual
current device that will cut off the power supply if the
leakage current to earth exceeds 30 mA for 3 seconds
be installed between the electric pump and the
electrical power source.
The electrical connection must comply with the
requirements indicated by the laws and regulations
in force.
