Maintenance of minimum temperature of water in tub and
anti-freeze protection of the pipes ("Smart Winter").
The system software of your Profile spa is designed to pro-
vide efficient, rational management of any hazardous situations
which may occur due to excessively cold temperatures and freez-
ing of the water.
For further information on water heating and system safe-
guards, refer to the product's installation manual.
NOTE: when the anti-freeze protection is active, the display will
show the message ICE.
ABNORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS
ALARM SIGNALS
If there is an alarm, this is indicated on the display, with the cor-
responding code.
You will continue to see the code if the alarm condition persists.
Here is a list of the various alarms that may appear. Refer to the
product's installation manual for a detailed description of the var-
ious messages that may appear on the display.
"FLC"
The heater does not turn on.
- Contact an authorized Jacuzzi
"FLO"
The heater cannot be turned on.
- Contact an authorized Jacuzzi
"HOH" The measured temperature at the heater is 48 °C
(118 °F) or higher.
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER
- If the alarm condition persists, even though the temperature has
dropped back below 44°C, try turning the switch up the line from
the spa off and back on. If the signal stays on, contact an author-
ized Jacuzzi

"Ho" Excessive water temperature.
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER

If present, remove cover from spa.
- If the excessive temperature increase is due to sunlight, add cold
water to the spa.
When the temperature has dropped to below 43 °C (109 °F), the
spa should re-activate automatically. If it does not, disconnect the
power supply and contact an
"rPF" Defective temperature probe

It is not possible to activate any function.
- Contact an authorized Jacuzzi
"HPF" Activation of safety thermostat (electric heater can-
not be turned on).
- Try turning the switch up the line from the spa off and back on
(system reset). If the signal stays on, contact an authorized Jacuzzi

The system has been locked.
- Make sure that you have not left the compensation tank drain open.
- Try turning the switch up the line from the spa off and back on
