Replace the aspirating head.

Select required volume and start the unit. The airflow is directed into the agar surface of the plate.

At the end of the cycle, remove the aspirating head.

Close and remove the plate.

Incubate.
8.
Count the colonies, record the results on the microbiological air sampling report and read the results.
