• Read the label located on the steering wheel before operation. • Drive slowly straight up and down slopes.
• Operate only when authorized and only in designated areas. • Set parking brake before leaving vehicle.
• Operate from driver's side only. • Turn main switch to "OFF" and remove key when not in use.
• Do not allow more than two occupants per seat. • Do not operate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Do not start vehicle until all occupants are seated.
• Remain seated and hold on when in motion.
• Keep entire body inside vehicle.
• Drive slowly in turns.

As the battery energy decreases,
the LED will move to the left toward
the "0." When the LED light below
the "0" is lit, the batteries must be
charged.

The drive select switch is used to
shift the PTV into forward or reverse.
After coming to a complete stop,
move the switch to the desired

The reverse alarm will sound when
