Fan cooking with bottom and top heating
elements
The combination of fan and the two heating ele-
ments on top and bottom provides more uniform
thermal penetration performance and save 30-40%
energy.
The dish is browned outside without getting dry
inside. Suitable for high temperature roasting or
roasting large pieces of meat.
Top-/ bottom heat
The top and bottom heating element work together,
which can be used for routine cooking operations.
Suitable for baking and roasting only at single level.
Bottom heat
The concealed element at the bottom of the oven
provides more concentrated heat without browning.
Suitable for warming up meals or slow cooking dishes,
such as crisp casseroles, stews, pastries and pizza.
Convection
Components around the convective fan provide
an additional heat source and the heat is circu-
lated evenly by the fan, which results in a faster
and more economical cooking process.
The temperature can be set in the range of 50°C
to 250°C.
Suitable for cooking dishes on several levels.
