4. FITTING THE MAIN POST.-
Once the bottom post cover is fitted,
remove the screws (95) and washers
(4), (11) and (94) from the bottom of
the main post (76).
Bring the main post (76) up to boss on
the main body (51), Fig.6a.
YC200. Turn the tension controller until
the Level 8 (L8). Take the tip of the
tension cable (69), sticking out of the
bottom of the main post (76) and
connect it to the tension support (85),
as shown in Fig.6b.
Check the correct operation of the
tension controller turning left and right.
YC202. Plug connector (80), coming out
of the main post (76), into connector
(99), coming out of the boss on the main
body (51), Fig.6a.
Slip the main post (76) over the boss
(51) on the main body in the direction
of the arrow, Fig.6a, making sure not to
snag any of the cables.
Fit the screws (95), along with the
washers (4), (11) and (94), removed
previously, Fig.6a,
securely.
Lower the bottom trim section (68) for
the main post (76) down over the boss
section of the main body (51), Fig.6a.
YC200 ATTENTION:
machine has been assembled, make
sure that the tension control (85)
works correctly.
5. FITTING THE FOCUS
BARS.-
Insert the focus bar spindle (86)
through the spacer bushes on the
main post (76), Fig.7, leaving it
centred.
and tighten

Fit the spacer washers (79) as shown
in Fig.7. Insert the left focus bar (13)
(marked with the letter "L") onto the
focus bar spindle (86), Fig.7, then fit
the right focus bar (13R) (marked with
the letter "R") on the other end of the
spindle. Fit the bolts (10) and the flat
washers (9) y (13) and with the help of
the box spanners tighten securely.
6. FITTING THE FEET.-
Take the right pedal (25R), Fig.8,
(marked with the setter "R") and slide
it onto the crank shaft (40) on the
right- hand side of the machine.
Now take washer (11) and (23) and
bolt (97) and tighten securely.
Take the left pedal (25), Fig.8,
(marked with the setter "L") and slide it
onto the shaft (40) on the left-hand
side of the machine.
Now take washer (11) and (23) and
bolt (96) and tighten securely.
YC200. Screw the right bolt (96) (R)
into an anti-clockwise direction and
the left bolt (97) (L) in a clockwise
direction.
YC202. Attach the bottom covers (33),
Fig.8, and fit screws (34).
7. FITTING THE FOOT BARS.-
Take the right foot bar (25) and
position it on the "U" at the bottom of
the right focus bar (13R), Fig.9.
Insert screw (17), as shown in Fig.9,
then fit the flat washer (16) and the
self locking nut (15), and tighten
securely.
Take the left foot bar (13L) and go
through the same assembly procedure
as with the right.
